Ordering goods in the www.adcontrol.sk e-shop is simple. You can find the right part by category, manufacturer or search engine. You can search for a part number, engine code or car model. When purchasing a refurbished part, you can choose between a purchase with or without a refundable deposit (more information in paragraph 10). Before submitting your order, you can call us at 0918 737 593 to make sure the selected part is compatible with your car. When ordering, you can also enter your VIN number and our colleagues will verify the correctness of the part for you.
You can choose from three payment methods:
Cash on delivery – you pay for the goods when taking it over.
Online payment – you pay with a credit card or the buttons of banks with the Besteron payment gateway. Payment is made immediately and the order is shipped immediately.
Payment by bank transfer – after submitting the order, send your payment directly to our bank account. Use your order number as a variable symbol to identify the payment. The order is not sent until the money is credited to our account.
The goods can be picked up in person at Bottova 1522 in Detva. We also send the goods by courier service throughout the EU.
Yes, we deliver the goods throughout the entire territory of Slovakia.
Yes. We deliver the goods throughout the European Union and other European countries (Great Britain, Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein).
If you are interested in delivering the goods abroad, you have to call us in advance at 0918 737 593. The shipping cost may vary depending on the country.

Parts in stock are delivered within 2 working days of purchase during working days.
Parts out of stock are ordered from suppliers, so the delivery time can be prolonged to 5 working days.
Delivery of refurbished parts depends on the choice of purchase with or without a refundable deposit.
- Purchase without a deposit – the goods are sent after we receive your old part.
- Purchase with a refundable deposit – the refundable deposit is added to the purchase price and we will send you the goods immediately, if available. After we receive your old part, we will refund the deposit to your account.
Goods out of stock are ordered from the supplier. The delivery time is up to 5 working days.
Refurbished parts can be purchased with or without a refundable deposit. If you choose to purchase it without the deposit, the goods will be sent after we receive your old part.
For orders with the refundable deposit, the goods will be sent immediately, if available.
We will refund the deposit to your account after receiving the old part.
If the old part is not delivered to us by 30 days of the order, the refundable deposit will not be refunded.
You can cancel the order via e-mail at email@example.com, we will confirm the order cancellation immediately.
In case of a complaint, send us the goods to the address AD control, s.r.o, Bottova 1522, 962 12 Detva. The package must be properly packed and contain:
- defective goods including its accessories
- invoice copy
- defect description
- contact details of the buyer (return address, phone number, e-mail)
Send the goods either in the form of a package or by registered mail. The goods sent by cash on delivery will not be accepted. We recommend insuring the goods. The defective goods must be delivered clean and mechanically undamaged.
The money will be returned within 15 days of withdrawing the contract by bank transfer.
Goods purchased in our e-shop are sent by courier service delivering the goods only during working days. The company will contact you in advance about the delivery date.
Pursuant to Section 12 of Act No. 108/2000 Coll., you are entitled to return the goods purchased in our online store www.adcontrol.sk without giving any reason by 14 working days from receiving it.
The goods must be returned to the company postal address AD control, s.r.o., Bottova 1522, 962 12 Detva. Please send the goods in the original packaging, complete, unused and undamaged. For a refund you have to send us:
- the goods in its original packaging, undamaged
- original invoice
- copy of the confirmation of receiving the goods from the courier (because of the delivery date)

The ordered goods will be delivered in a package ready for assembly. No additional accessories need to be purchased, such as sealing rings.
